Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Treatment System

Our industrial reverse osmosis system adopts advanced membrane separation technology, equipped with complete pre-treatment units including quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter and precision security filter. The whole system is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel with compact integrated structure, stable performance and long service life.
Driven by high-pressure pump, raw water passes through semi-permeable RO membranes to efficiently remove dissolved salts, heavy metal ions, colloids, bacteria, organic impurities and suspended solids. With excellent desalination rate above 99%, it produces stable high-purity pure water continuously. The whole machine supports full-automatic PLC intelligent control, 24-hour uninterrupted operation, with perfect overpressure, water shortage and overload protection functions.
Multiple capacity models are available and customizable. Widely applied in food beverage processing, fruit juice production, brewing industry, dairy processing, chemical manufacturing and industrial pure water supply.
